We have many years experience of advising all types of organisations, from charities to FTSE 100 companies, on their Management Liabilities and arranging appropriate cover on their behalf. Our team was strengthened in 2006 when Laura Scougall, a qualified lawyer, joined us from Dundas & Wilson, and she has been involved since then in advising clients on their Management Liability exposures generally and those arising from IPOs, Acquisitions and Sales in particular. We live in an increasingly litigious age and Directors, Officers and Trustees of companies, charities, pension funds and associations have a range of exposures including financial, criminal, investigatory and employment related. In some cases these can extend beyond their particular term of office and even into retirement.
